Tickets will be available to purchase online via Ticketweb or at the JCCC Reception in person.

5 film pass (limit: 2/person)
*5-fim pass holder can access Opening OR Closing night festivities.
10 film pass (limit: 2/person)
*10-fim pass holder can access Opening AND Closing night festivities.
Ticket Price
*One pass CANNOT be exchanged for more than one ticket for the same film.
*Multi-film passes will include a generous gift from our lead sponsor SHISEIDO CANADA.
*For Anime Films: $7 + HST tickets for children aged 14 and under.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Where can I pick up my movie passes and gifts?
Please pick them up at the reception desk inside the building. We are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both weekdays and weekends. During the film festival, we extend our hours until 7:00 PM, so you can also collect them right before your screening.
- How do I use the 5-ticket or 10-ticket passes?
On the day of the screening, simply present your pass to the staff. Alternatively, you can visit the reception desk in advance to exchange your pass for the specific tickets you plan to use.
- Can I share my pass with family or friends?
Passes cannot be shared. Please note that a single pass cannot be used to redeem multiple tickets for the same screening.
- Is there a chance I won’t get a seat if I buy a 5-ticket or 10-ticket pass?
We ensure that seats are reserved for all pass holders.
- Can I reserve a specific seat in advance?
All seating is general admission (first-come, first-served). Attendees will be seated in the order they arrive.
- How early can I enter the theater?
Doors open 30 minutes before the movie begins.
- How many seats are available?
The theater has a capacity of 500 seats.
- Is food and drink allowed inside the theater?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks. We appreciate your cooperation in disposing of any trash in the bins provided around the center after the movie.
- Can I purchase food or drinks on-site?
The "NAKAMORI" concession stand is scheduled to be open during the TJFF (Toronto Japanese Film Festival) period.
