Chimaki is seasoned sticky rice wrapped in bamboo leaves. If you missed the previous workshops and are eager to learn how to make authentic Tsung Tzu or Chimaki, and where to find all the ingredients, sign up now! At the end of the workshop, each participant will be able to make at least three chimaki to take home, and taste a sample at the workshop. (Limited to 20 students.)
